Job Description:

Adecco is recruiting for Accounting Assistant for a fortune 500 company in El Dorado, AR. The Accounting Assistant is responsible for performing various functions such as processing invoices, filing, data entry, research, etc. Candidates should have proficient skills in Excel, 10key data entry, email, calendars, and attention to detail.



Overview:


The Accounting Assistant is responsible for performing various functions such as filing,


typing, copying, research, data entry, etc. to assist the accounting department.



Responsibilities:


• Performs a variety of office functions, such as filing, typing, copying, data entry, research, etc. to support various billing and financial operations.


• Maintains various accounting files in proper order.


• Performs other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:


• Knowledgeable with PC computers and hands-on experience with spreadsheet programs and word processing


• Good math and data entry skills required


• Excellent organizational skills


• Excellent English communication (verbal and written) skills, including by telephone
