Situated in the heart of Northern Louisiana, this 100+ bed short-term acute care hospital offers a variety of medical services, including a 24/7 emergency department, inpatient and outpatient surgical services, advanced cardiovascular services, medical surgical care, intensive care, as well as outpatient services. This beautiful facility was recently awarded an accreditation for Chest Pain, and is well-known for its delivery of high quality care to patients in the local area and beyond. The Hospital Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for oversight of all facility financial activities, including management of financial healthcare systems, as well as hospital programs and services. The CFO will provide their high quality leadership skills to develop and implement a long-term fiscal program with respect to the acute care facility's mission, values, and goals. The Chief Financial Officer will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer, -the Hospital Board of Directors, and to the Regional Chief Financial Officer, -devising and -managing financial and strategic initiatives that will ensure long-term success of the facility. Requirements for the Hospital CFO role include:
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from an accredited institution or equivalent degree
  • Previous experience in hospital/acute care finance
