organized and skilled Bookkeeper to join our team in Clintonville,
Ohio. The ideal candidate will manage essential accounting tasks,
ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations. This role
offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of a
dynamic organization. Responsibilities: • Process and verify
invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. •
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions,
including timely payments and collections. • Perform regular bank
reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records. • Record
journal entries and maintain the general ledger with precision. •
Prepare cash flow statements to support financial planning and
decision-making. • Handle billing processes and resolve
discrepancies as needed. • Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for
efficient financial tracking and reporting. • Ensure all
transactions are documented and filed appropriately for auditing
purposes. • Collaborate with team members to improve accounting
processes and workflows.• Proven experience in bookkeeping or a
similar role. • Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced knowledge of
Excel. • Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts
receivable processes. • Familiarity with bank reconciliations and
general ledger maintenance. • Knowledge of financial reporting and
cash flow management. • Exceptional attention to detail and
organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and meet
deadlines. • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with
team members and stakeholders.
