Job Description:
Job Description \n Perform assignments as identified by assigned
internship mentor. \n Attend team meetings within the assigned
functional area. \n Develop and execute processes and procedures,
alleviating challenges within the functional area. \n Prepare and
present formal presentations to various levels of management. \n
Other relevant tasks as assigned. \n \n Must be enrolled as a
degree seeking student at an accredited college. \n Preferred
degrees are Agriculture, Poultry or Animal Science, Environmental
or Safety Sciences or other closely related fields. \n Previous
leadership experience preferred. \n Excellent written and verbal
communication skills, Spanish language skills preferred. \n Strong
interpersonal skills. \n Proficient data collection, analytical and
computer skills. \n Motivated self-starter with desire to learn,
and ability to work independently and with a team. \n Excellent
time management and multitasking abilities. \n
