Job Description:
Job Brief: mdreferralpro is looking for a dynamic and
self-motivated Personal Assistant to support the CEO in the
day-to-day operations of the business. As Personal Assistant, you
will be responsible for managing the CEO's busy schedule,
organizing travel arrangements, and providing administrative
support as needed. You will also take on project-specific
responsibilities, such as conducting research or drafting reports.
The ideal candidate has excellent organizational skills, is a
proactive problem solver, and is comfortable working in a
fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Manage the CEO's
schedule, including coordinating meetings, events, and travel
arrangements Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO
and internal and external stakeholders Provide administrative
support, such as drafting emails, preparing reports, and creating
presentations Conduct research on behalf of the CEO, including
market analysis and competitor research Manage projects from start
to finish, ensuring all deadlines are met and stakeholders are
updated on progress Prepare meeting agendas and record meeting
minutes as needed Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy
files for the CEO Skills Required: Excellent organizational and
time management skills Strong attention to detail and high degree
of accuracy Outstanding communication skills, both written and
verbal Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate needs and
take initiative.
