Job Description Job Title: Architecture Project Manager (Healthcare facilities) Location: Nashville, TN Remote vs. On-site: Hybrid - approximately 50% on-site at project sites, mostly in Nashville. Mileage to project sites is paid. Duration: 6 months initial Job Scope: Oversee major construction projects/renovations/builds from the ground up type of projects. Annually, they are managing 100 construction projects. This team is responsible for minor renovations to buildings from the ground up The Architect PM represents the client organization when hiring external architects to handle the drawings/etc. The role in their office is a true Project Manager (they are the project master – making sure they are on budget/on scope) PM’s manage 10-15 projects depending on complexity and what phase of construction they are in. Currently the team needs additional assistance and coverage. Requirements: Must have either a Bachelor's or a Master's degree in Architecture for consideration. Experience in both healthcare and project management 5 years of Architecture experience Must have a degree in Architecture (Bachelors or Masters) Healthcare experience: Hospitals, Medical Centers, Medical Facilities, Bio-med, Medical Supplies, etc. Project management experience specific to Architecture projects.
