Automotive We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join
our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for
assisting customers with their automotive service needs and
ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Greet customers
and assist them in determining their automotive service needs.
Recommend appropriate service solutions and explain the services in
detail. Schedule appointments for customers and ensure timely
completion of service. Provide accurate and detailed estimates for
services and obtain customer approval. Manage customer service
concerns and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions
and service transactions. Work closely with service technicians to
ensure smooth communication and timely completion of work. Meet or
exceed customer satisfaction goals and sales targets.
Qualifications: 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an
automotive dealership or repair shop. Strong customer service and
communication skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in
a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with automotive repair
terminology, methods, and procedures. Proficiency in using computer
software programs, such as automotive service software. We offer
