Job Description Job Description Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A part-time position is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supervision services within an elementary school setting. This role focuses on delivering expert behavioral guidance and support to enhance student outcomes and ensure compliance with educational standards. Location: Shreveport, Louisiana Position can be performed onsite or virtually, offering flexibility Duration: Contract through the current school year, extending until May 19, 2026 Key Responsibilities: Provide supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Ensure implementation of behavior intervention plans with fidelity Monitor and evaluate behavioral progress and adjust strategies accordingly Collaborate with educational staff to optimize interventions and student success Maintain compliance with licensing and certification requirements Qualifications: Must hold a Louisiana BCBA certification with LBA credentials Experience working within school-based behavioral programs preferred Ability to provide effective supervision in both virtual and onsite settings Strong communication and organizational skills Work Schedule: Part-time commitment of approximately 2 hours per week Benefits: Flexible work location options, allowing for a balance of onsite and virtual supervision Opportunity to contribute to meaningful behavioral programs in an educational environment This role operates on a 1099 contractor basis, with the candidate invoicing for supervision services directly.
