A full-time Early Childhood Special Education Teacher position is available, offering an opportunity to provide specialized instruction to young learners aged 3 to 4 years old across multiple school sites. This itinerant role involves traveling to 3-4 locations, including homeschools, daycares, and Head Start centers, to deliver individualized educational support aligned with state and local standards. Key Responsibilities: Deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and instructional strategies tailored to diverse learners. Lead and manage IEP meetings in accordance with the special education calendar. Conduct rigorous progress monitoring and maintain accurate electronic records. Submit timely progress reports documenting student achievements and areas for growth. Organize mobile learning environments using technology to enhance student engagement. Collaborate effectively with parents, school staff, and community partners to support student success. Qualifications: Valid Early Childhood Special Education Teaching Certification (required). Experience working with young children in special education settings. Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation. Ability to manage multiple caseloads while maintaining compliance with educational standards. Excellent communication skills to foster relationships with families and colleagues. Position Details: Location: Benton, Louisiana (onsite only). Discipline: Early Childhood Special Education. Contract Duration: Immediate start through May 19, 2026. Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week. Caseload: Traveling between 3-4 school sites.
