Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.
Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be
considered. A school is seeking a Special Education Teacher to
provide expert support and instruction to students with diverse
learning needs. This contract position is based in Columbus, NM,
and involves working within various grade levels including Early
Childhood, Elementary, Middle, and High School. Key
Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education
programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs Collaborate with
general education teachers and support staff to enhance student
learning Monitor student progress and adjust instruction
accordingly Maintain accurate records and communicate regularly
with parents and administration Support students in a variety of
settings to foster academic and social growth Qualifications:
Certification in Special Education required Experience working with
students in Early Childhood through High School settings preferred
Strong knowledge of special education laws and instructional
strategies Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Location:
