Deaf Education, active DHH teaching certification, and 1 years
Teacher of the Deaf / Hard of Hearing experience required.

considered. A full-time educator specializing in Deaf and Hard of
Hearing (DHH) is needed for a school setting in Nashville, TN. The
position requires a Tennessee teaching license with a DHH
endorsement and offers a contract-based role with comprehensive
benefits. Key Responsibilities: Deliver specialized instruction to
students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing. Develop and implement
individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students needs.
Collaborate with classroom teachers, specialists, and families to
support student success. Utilize appropriate communication
strategies and assistive technologies within the classroom. Monitor
and assess student progress, adjusting teaching methods
accordingly. Qualifications: Valid Tennessee teaching license with
Deaf and Hard of Hearing endorsement. Experience working in
educational settings with Deaf and Hard of Hearing students
preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal
skills. Ability to work onsite full time; this role is not
available for remote or virtual work. Location: Nashville,
