diversity Basic Functions and Scope of Job: The purpose of the
Installation supervisor is to supervise a team of Installation
coordinators responsible for the installation of Modula equipment,
tracks projects schedule, milestones, and timeline to ensure
quality and meet delivery target. Key Responsibilities and
Accountabilities: Assign and supervise multiple projects on weekly
basis. Hire and assign external vendors to perform the
installations. Enforce Installation standards. Facilitate project
solving and manage escalations. Manage invoice validations. Create,
monitor, and analyze project schedules in accordance with standard
of best project practice Track, analyze, and report information
appropriately to allow the project teams to manage their projects
and evaluate reports. Ensure accuracy of project schedules and
performed version control. Responsible for identifying and
recommending solutions for resolving work issues in the most
efficient, cost-effective, and safe manner. Manage nonconformities
escalations and internal communication to resolve them. Gather and
analyze information to prepare status reports. Communicate directly
with Customer, Modula vendors, Modula dealers, and internal
departments to deliver a customer-focused solution. Track costs
using work orders and invoices. Perform other duties as assigned.

other duties as assigned. Requirements This role is pivotal in
supporting customer service efforts. The individual in this
position must have a high degree of integrity, resourcefulness, and
professionalism in working with colleagues and clients.
Relationship building, client service, and the ability to follow up
in a timely manner are critical for success. The ideal candidate
will have relative experience, excellent communication and time
management skills, and manufacturing aptitude. Minimum of 3 years
of planning, scheduling, and resource management in a technical or
manufacturing field such as manufacturing equipment installations;
experience in the VLM/ARS industries is a plus Strong communication
skills – written and verbal Good analytical and planning skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work
effectively within a team Bachelor’s degree required. Experience
using CRMs (Salesforce) and SAP is a plus Demonstrated people
management and customer management skills. Travel up to 25% is
required to visit Modula offices and for occasional onsite visits
Must be able to pass background check and drug screening. Modula
