Maintenance Technician Location: Hope, AR Schedule: 2-2-3 (12-hour

seeking a dedicated and skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician
to join our team in Hope, AR. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment
within our facility. This role requires a strong understanding of
various mechanical and electrical systems, including hydraulics,
pneumatics, and electrical controls. Responsibilities: Perform
routine and emergency maintenance on industrial machinery and
equipment. Troubleshoot and repair issues related to hydraulics,
pneumatics, and electrical systems (480V and 120V). Interpret
blueprints and technical diagrams to diagnose and address equipment
problems. Conduct welding and fabrication tasks as needed to repair
or modify equipment. Ensure all machinery is operating efficiently
and safely. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and
organized work environment. Demonstrate a proactive approach to
problem-solving and continuous improvement. Participate in regular
maintenance checks and preventive maintenance programs. Work
collaboratively with other maintenance personnel and departments.
Pass drug screening and physical examination requirements.
Requirements: Proven experience in industrial maintenance, with a
strong understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical
systems. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and
technical diagrams. Experience with welding and fabrication.
Ability to perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery
and equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and a
safety-conscious mindset. Strong work ethic and a positive
attitude. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. No
tools required. Ability to pass drug screening and physical
examination. Schedule: 2-2-3 rotating shift schedule (12-hour
shifts). Compensation: Competitive pay rate of $17-$25 per hour,
