If you’ve worked in metal tubing, pipe mills, galvanizing lines, or swaging operations, we want to talk to you. Key Responsibilities: Operate and oversee production of steel torque tubes for single-axis solar trackers. Lead or support swaging, forming, and welding operations for pipe joining. Set up, adjust, and maintain production machines including weld mills, swagers, and galvanizing equipment. Ensure compliance with quality standards, throughput targets, and safety regulations. Work with maintenance and engineering teams on continuous improvement projects. Must-Have Experience: 3 years in pipe or torque tube manufacturing (preferably in solar, automotive, or structural steel). Hands-on experience with swaging or end forming steel tubes. Background in weld mills, metal forming, or galvanized pipe production. Familiar with working in a high-volume, precision manufacturing environment. Nice-to-Haves: Leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Exposure to solar industry standards and tracker component manufacturing. Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma training.
