PDI's on New Inventory before hitting the Sales Lot Qualifications Communication skills – communicates effectively with others. Time management – managing one’s own time and time of others. Must have your own tools. Needs to include all tools required to perform basic lube and tire rotation services. Reliable transportation to and from work. Basic computer skills. Clean driving record. Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
