Job Description:

The Office Manager ensures the smooth running of the office and coordinates work between all departments. Ability to manage workflow and deadlines. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

  • Process customer billing and payments
  • Understand inventory entry and reconciliation in a manufacturing environment
  • Code and process AP invoices for payment for multiple locations
  • Review and process month-end customer statements
  • Review and contact customer for past due invoices
  • Review revenue and cost for inventory items
  • Answer Phones in a timely and courteous manner
  • Take orders over the phone and provide customer service
  • Product descriptions to customer
  • Internal and external customer services Job Requirements:
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • 5 years work experience in an office environment
    • 2 years in a leadership/managerial role
    • Experience with multi-line telephone Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
    • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills
    • Good research skills and attention to detail
