Job Description:

A company is looking for a Transformation Effectiveness Director.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the coordination and implementation of strategic and transformational projects
Provide stakeholder engagement and change management support
Develop routine learning and feedback loops to inform strategy development

Required Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership or related field
8-10 years of project management experience in organizational strategic initiatives
Minimum 5 years of management experience
Change Management Professional certification or similar
Experience in global organizational structures preferred
