A company is looking for a Growth Marketing Director - Paid
Social.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Paid Social channels to meet ROAS targets within budget and
compliance
Develop and execute holistic growth strategies for Meta and TikTok
channels
Lead A/B testing, ad creative strategy, and measurement and
attribution approaches
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Graduate Degree in a quant-related field
5+ years of digital marketing experience with 3+ on Meta and/or
TikTok
Demonstrated track record of driving growth in Paid Social
Marketing
Proficiency in ad platforms and analytical tools such as Excel and
Tableau
Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and organizational
skills
