Manufacturing Operations is responsible for the overall leadership,
performance, and strategic direction of Movora's Longview, Texas
manufacturing site. This individual will oversee all aspects of
daily operations, including production, scheduling, team
leadership, safety, quality, and continuous improvement
initiatives. The role requires a working knowledge of product
processes, machining operations and a passion for developing people
and building an inclusive, empowered culture. Essential Duties and
Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of
all manufacturing operations to ensure production goals, quality
standards, and delivery expectations are met.Directly manage a team
of supervisors, machinists, and production staff with a focus on
engagement, accountability, and development.Support hands-on
technical needs. This may include component assembly, quality
inspection, and machine and/or process troubleshooting as needed.
Develop, implement, and monitor performance metrics (KPIs) tied to
productivity, quality, safety, and cost controlEnsure a safe and
compliant work environment by upholding OSHA and internal safety
standardsChampion continuous improvement initiatives, using lean
manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to optimize workflow and
reduce wasteCoordinate with cross-functional teams including
Engineering, Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, and HR to align business
goals and site operationsLead talent management efforts for the
site including recruiting, performance management, and succession
planning.Manage facility and equipment maintenance programs to
support operational reliability.Serve as a cultural leader-driving
employee engagement, recognition, and open communication.Oversee
budget planning and control for site operations. The above cited

perform. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing,
Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
preferred.Minimum of 7 years of experience in manufacturing
operations, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role CNC
manufacturing and programming experience preferred, but not
required. (Manual G-Code, Mastercam, Solidworks) Proven experience
managing high-mix, low-volume production environments, preferably
in medical device or regulated industriesDemonstrated success in
leading teams through change, process improvement, and cultural
development Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Knowledge of machining
practices, manufacturing workflows, and ERP systems (e.g., Business
Central preferred)Strong leadership presence with the ability to
inspire, coach, and hold teams accountableHands-on approach to
problem-solving, with the ability to support production floor
challenges directlySkilled in implementing and sustaining Lean, 5S,
and/or Six Sigma methodologiesExcellent communication,
interpersonal, and collaboration skills across all levels of the
organizationFinancial and operational acumen including budgeting,
cost control, and capacity planningCommitment to fostering a
