Job Description Job Description We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee medium to large-scale projects with moderate to high complexity in a hybrid work environment. The role involves managing the full cycle of projects, from initial concept to completion, while ensuring alignment with established standards and objectives. This is a long-term contract position based in Nashville, Tennessee. Responsibilities: • Organize project tasks into structured workflows, ensuring efficient execution according to established project plans. • Develop and present critical documents such as project charters, communication plans, and detailed schedules to stakeholders. • Manage project scope, motivate team members, and foster collaboration to achieve desired outcomes. • Build and maintain relationships with multiple business owners and team members to facilitate project progress. • Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and manage dependencies across projects. • Monitor project activities and provide timely updates on progress and status. • Guide and coach team members to clarify objectives, responsibilities, and deliverables. • Ensure the creation and delivery of high-quality outputs required by project plans. • Oversee the development of toolkits to support implementation processes across different locations.• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. • Proven experience in project management, including scope definition, resource allocation, and performance tracking. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as OneNote, Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio, and PowerPoint. • Effective communication skills to engage stakeholders and foster team collaboration. • Ability to identify risks and implement strategies to mitigate them effectively. • Experience in creating thorough deliverables and ensuring quality standards. • Familiarity with online collaboration tools like WebEx or similar platforms. • Willingness to travel as needed to meet project requirements.
