Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - PT Home Health
Shift: -Days / 8a-4:30p (8x5) 40 hours per week
Length: 13-26 weeks
Requirements:

• State is part of the PT compact privilege states
• 1 years experience
• Must have Previous Adult Home Health Experience
• Home Care Home Base, Oasis required
• BLSOther Details:

  Milage Reimbursement IRS Standard
  Must meet 30 productivity points
  No on call unless stated upfront
