• Build meaningful relationships with your patients and have quality time to understand their health stories. Our model allows for appointments of 20 minutes or more.
• Work collaboratively with our care team including Nurses, Social Workers, Pharmacists and others to provide integrated, comprehensive care.
• Help drive our unique value-based care model that goes beyond the clinic walls to address social determinants of health and improve quality of life.
• Enjoy strong mentorship and a supportive provider culture focused on delivering the best possible care.
• Spend 100% of your time on patient care with minimal administrative burdens.
