Job Summary:

As a Clinical Educator RN at Christus Health, you will play a vital role in the coordination of orientation for all nursing personnel, representing the organization in community activities, and planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating nursing continuing education programs.

Key Responsibilities:

--- Maintain consistency with Administrative and Departmental policies through appropriate behavior, dress, attitude, attendance, confidentiality, professionalism, and reliability.
--- Plan and implement educational activities to meet identified learning needs, utilizing adult education principles.
--- Develop and utilize appropriate evaluative systems to determine the effectiveness of educational activities.
--- Promote collaborative relationships among healthcare professionals, participating in committees, task forces, meetings, and activities to assist in the development of staff, ultimately resulting in improved care.
--- Participate in activities that promote professional development through education and other activities that enhance the practice of nursing and education.

Requirements:

--- Associate's Degree in Nursing
--- RN License in the state of employment or compact
--- BLS

Work Schedule:
5 Days - 8 Hours
