Job Description:

Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a clinic setting. As an LPN, you will provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of a physician or registered nurse, adhering to established standards and practices.Key Responsibilities:

• Obtain vital signs, weigh patients, and collect specimens, including phlebotomy, as necessary.
• Assist providers in examination and treatment of patients, as well as with procedures.
• Assist with patient flow through the clinic, answering phone calls, and recording messages.
• Administer medications and immunizations according to provider orders.
• Clean and restock exam rooms, and maintain equipment in accordance with policy.
• Perform routine clerical duties, including locating patient charts, filing, and completing routine forms.
• Attend required meetings and in-service training, and perform other duties as assigned.Requirements:
  • CERT
  • LPN License in the state of employment or compact
