nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Nashville, Tennessee.

Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum
of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required.
Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for
extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment.
$750 referral bonus available. \n\n Opportunity: \n RN - Med Surg
Neuro \n\n Job Details: \n • Work three 12-hour shifts per week \n•
Schedule includes 2 weekends (4 shifts) per 4-week schedule \n•
Patient ratio of 6:1 on a 20-bed neurological medical/surgical unit
\n• Contract labor is first to float according to rotation policy
\n• Work with IV pumps, telemetry, SCD's, continuous pulse ox
machines, feeding pumps, PCA, EKG machines, bladder scanner, and
iMobile communication technology \n• Documentation system: Meditech
\n• Tech support available on day and night shifts with unit
secretary coverage from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM \n• Must have active RN
license and BLS certification \n• Required skills: Med/Surg
experience, ability to prioritize care, multitask, start IVs, basic
wound care, maintenance of surgical drains, nasogastric tubes, and
chest tubes \n• Expected to provide attentive and compassionate
care with bedside shift reports and patient/family engagement \n•
Dress code: Navy scrubs (tops and bottoms) \n\n Facility: \n This

Level II Trauma Center, and Certified Chest Pain Center. The
