Duties/Responsibilities for this position include but are not
limited to: Formulates assessment and plan according to accepted
protocols, treatment plans or attending physician's treatment
protocols, treatment plans or recommendations. Records data from
patient visit, including chief complaints, active problems,
medications, physical findings and results of diagnostic tests.
Orders labs and non-invasive diagnostic and preventative screening
tests as indicated. Prescribes medications according to formulary.
Performs lab review, identifying abnormalities according to
established guidelines.
