Job Description Hermitage Hall is a residential treatment facility focusing on the needs of young people who have experienced severe trauma and are exhibiting reactive behaviors as a result. Our facility provides specialized treatment to residents at this crucial time, and offers targeted care from a staff of therapists, psychiatrists, clinicians and more, who are trained to work with this sensitive population.
