apply: Board Certification: NNP-BC or NPA Licensure: Nurse
Practitioner or Physician Assistant License Certifications: DEA
License and BLS Certification Experience: 2 yrs NICU NP or PA
experience Level 3 - 4 NICU acuity required Schedule: Days, Eves,
Nights: Variable- 12- or 24-hour shift. Full-time, Part-time, or

Overview Applies the nursing process to plan and manage the care of
complex patients in a comprehensive manner. Recognizes complex
learning needs and prepares individual teaching plans for
patients/families and consistently demonstrates effective patient
education to peers. Consistently ensures a comprehensive continuum
of care plan in collaboration with the health care team.
Demonstrates and role models effective communication and conflict
resolution skills. Ensures evidence-based care and continuously
monitors patient outcomes. Furthers professional growth by engaging
in learning activities according to Board of Nursing and Physician
Assistant standards. Floats across entities to fulfill requirements
