Job Description Job Description Gynecologic Oncology - Physician Opportunity Overview: This role is for a faculty gynecologic oncologist within our organization, providing a blend of clinical practice, research, and educational responsibilities as part of a multidisciplinary cancer care team. The position emphasizes collaboration with oncology experts and offers avenues for leadership and professional growth. Our institution is a premier academic medical center dedicated to personalized cancer treatment, situated in the vibrant city of Nashville, Tennessee. We are looking for a skilled faculty physician to become part of our Division of Gynecologic Oncology in Nashville, Tennessee. Position Highlights: Become a member of a supportive and collegial group of five gynecologic oncologists, closely affiliated with the cancer center, delivering comprehensive cancer care. This academically focused role provides exceptional opportunities to cultivate your clinical and research interests, with leadership roles available for seasoned professionals and research funding for early-career faculty. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes inpatient advanced practice providers (APPs), outpatient APPs for surveillance and survivorship care, and a dedicated gynecologic oncology pharmacist. Engage in a faculty position that allows you to teach and mentor fellows, residents, and other learners, contributing to the division's growth and development. Work in a nurturing environment where faculty and staff maintain open communication and collaborate frequently, promoting both professional development and innovation in patient care. Qualifications: MD/DO with board certification or eligibility in Gynecologic Oncology, demonstrating a strong commitment to our values of innovation, collaboration, and quality.
