emergency care in a community-centered setting. It is an ideal
location for physicians seeking a consistent, long-term locum
opportunity in a collaborative, well-supported emergency
department. The Role This full-time locum opportunity is based at
the Marshall campus and offers a 12-month assignment with flexible
monthly shifts. Youll work alongside dedicated NPs/PAs with solid
physician coverage, in a well-structured emergency setting. Start
Date: July 2025 Assignment Length: 1 year Shifts: Minimum of 5
shifts/month required Board Certification Required: ABEM only
Residency Requirement: EM residency-trained only Certifications:
Not required if ABEM certified Facility Acceptance: Marshall is one
of two sites (with Kilgore) currently accepting locum coverage
Alternative Boards (e.g., ABPS): Not accepted Staffing & Schedule
