Job Description Job Description Job Title: Strategic Pharmacy Partnerships Leader Location: On-site – Nashville, TN Reports to: VP, Pharmacy Travel: 10–15% Overview: We’re seeking a seasoned pharmacy leader to drive strategic partnerships and initiatives that deliver measurable value across our health system. This high-impact role will lead collaborations with GPOs, suppliers, and technology partners, while also supporting non-acute and specialty pharmacy expansion. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute key pharmacy strategic initiatives Identify and optimize partnerships with suppliers, consultants, and technology providers Support sourcing and negotiations; drive pharmaceutical cost-saving strategies Mentor and develop pharmacy team members Qualifications: Pharmacist (PharmD or RPh) with active license 10 years in acute care or health system pharmacy leadership 8 years in GPOs, supply chain, or consulting Strong experience in non-acute/specialty pharmacy Residency/fellowship or board certification preferred Additional Perks: High visibility with senior leadership Strong bonus structure Opportunity to shape non-acute pharmacy strategy Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
