Founded in 1836, Piedmont Columbus Regional is a leading healthcare provider in west Georgia serving the Columbus, Ga. area with a network of health and medical services through its two hospital campuses. Qualifications: Board-certified/eligible in anesthesia. Authorization to work in the United States. New residents are welcome to apply. Scheduling: We offer various flexible scheduling options, promoting a healthy work-life balance. New clinical rotation will offer 2 physicians on during the day, with one on STO each week. Physicians to take call a week at a time, with a day physician helping cases during the day. Key Responsibilities: Manage community hospital cases involving general surgery, podiatry, urology, and orthopedics. No trauma, no hearts, no heads, no pediatrics, no OB. Physician supervision model. Living and Working in Columbus Columbus is located on the Georgia/Alabama border and offers a big city with a small-town feel. It is the second-largest city in Georgia after Atlanta, but bit oasts a more affordable housing market in the city and surrounding areas. Love the outdoors? Compensation and Additional Benefits: Annual salary $550k (W2) or $594k (1099) Strong commencement bonus offered, up to $100k. Generous scheduled time off of 26 weeks a year.
