Job Description As a Medical Director for Access Medical Clinics (AMC), you will provide clinical leadership and oversight for medical care services within the long-term care facility. The Medical Director collaborates with administration, nursing leadership, and attending providers to ensure delivery of high-quality, compliant, and patient-centered care consistent with federal and state regulations. Compensation for this role will include a monthly stipend of approximately $2,500 per facility plus a pay per visit model. Qualifications • MD or DO with active state medical license • Board certification in geriatric, family or internal medicine • Experience in geriatrics, post-acute, or long-term care • Knowledge of CMS and LTC regulatory requirements Typical Time Commitment - option for multiple facilities • 4 hours per month per facility for administrative duties • On-site presence expectations once weekly for rounding on acute care and long-term care patients. Approx. 2 hours per week. • Participation in QAPI and leadership meetings • Availability for consultation
