About the Role We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT/R) to join a growing pediatric outpatient clinic in Shreveport, LA. You’ll work with children experiencing: Autism spectrum disorders Developmental delays Sensory processing challenges This is a clinic-based role that lets you focus on delivering meaningful, consistent care without the chaos of multiple settings. Occupational Therapist (OT/R) Responsibilities Perform pediatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapy focused on ADLs, sensory integration, and developmental milestones Support children with autism through communication, behavioral, and social interventions Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members Supervise and mentor COTAs Maintain accurate and timely documentation Occupational Therapist (OT/R) Qualifications Active Occupational Therapist (OT/R) LA license 2 years of experience (pediatrics required) Experience with autism and/or sensory integration preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Passion for working with children and families Compensation & Benefits Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 (based on experience) Bonus potential (in development) Simple IRA with employer match Health, dental, vision, life & disability insurance Paid time off CEU support license reimbursement Tuition reimbursement Relocation assistance available Referral program If you’re a pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT/R) looking for a role that offers balance, stability, and impact, apply today or reach out directly to learn more.
