Job Description:
Job Description Seeking full-time BE/BC Neonatologist to join
team in Tyler, TX with a uniquely physician-founded and
physician-led organization that allows doctors and clinicians to
direct healthcare at every level. While you get all the benefits of
a large institution, you will work in a community atmosphere. You
also work closely with the OBGYNs. The 16 bed unit is a Level III
with in house NNPs 24/7 and a dedicated ground transport with plans
for further expansion. The physician will have a flexible schedule
with clinical duties for only half the month so that you can have
an excellent work life balance. - The new NICU and renovated
nursery is a combined 2,900 square feet and features nine
state-of-the-art neonatal beds and the most up-to-date equipment
for advanced care and monitoring. - Level 3 NICU - 24/7 care by
neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners - Advanced
respiratory support, including mechanical ventilation,
high-frequency oscillation and nitric oxide - Advanced diagnostic
services such as echocardiograms, MRI and CT scans - Individualized
family-centered care, including physical therapy, occupational
therapy, speech therapy, and support services like lactation
consultants and counseling and spiritual care About the Group: With
