Responsibilities Assist the General Manager in daily operations and
strategic planning for the restaurant. Supervise and train staff,
fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Ensure
exceptional guest service and handle any customer-related issues or
feedback. Assist in inventory management, including ordering,
receiving, and tracking supplies. Monitor and manage budgets, labor
costs, and financial performance metrics. Implement and maintain
health and safety regulations to ensure a compliant environment.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to enhance the overall
dining experience. Requirements Proven experience in a leadership
role within the restaurant or hospitality industry. Strong
understanding of restaurant operations, including POS systems and
inventory management. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills to create a positive team environment. Ability to manage
multiple tasks and make swift decisions in a fast-paced
environment. Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
related to restaurant operations. Strong problem-solving skills
with a customer-oriented approach. Flexibility to work evenings,
weekends, and holidays as needed.
