Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Manager based in Columbus, OH . The role is responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates across a wide range of roles. The individual will develop and enhance employer branding strategies and collaborate closely with internal teams to meet staffing goals. The role also involves identifying, engaging, and nurturing diverse talent pools while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Qualifications Proven experience in full life cycle recruiting and end-to-end hiring processes Strong interviewing skills with the ability to evaluate candidates across diverse roles Experience developing recruiting strategies and employer branding initiatives Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage candidates and internal stakeholders Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required Knowledge of talent acquisition tools, systems, and best practices Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Experience within the landscape, construction, or service industry is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary plus incentive and equity plan 401(k) with company match Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Company Description W3Global was established in 2006 in Fremont, CA with a vision: simplify the recruiting process and develop an industry-disrupting platform to connect candidates with clients.
