• Laptop and Desktop fault diagnosis and repair
• Laserjet printer or photocopier fault diagnosis and repair
• Experience of installation and routine maintenance of printers
• Willingness to travelYour TasksThe Onsite Technician is a responsible role based on extensive knowledge and experience in direct customer service which is the core of our business. They carry break/fix work on Computer and Printing devices for various customers by directly visiting their sites or being permanently assigned to a specific customer at their site.Candidates should have the relevant break/fix experience to provide technical assistance and deliver services in accordance with
  SLAs and project requirements ensuring there is no over-delivery and work is logged accurately in appropriate systems.
  • Handle service support requests & incidents
  • Asset management & coordination
  • Detect faults and provides efficient and effective solutions
  • Ensuring all work is delivered consistently and in accordance with the scope of work
  • Have full awareness of service level KPIs and deliver in accordance with these under
    guidance of the Service Delivery Manager
  • Helping to ensure that Hemmersbach delivers a high level of customer satisfaction, which
    also meets the business goals
