position for a Remote Technical Help Desk Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
Documenting all troubleshooting steps
Performing remote analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of desktop
and end-user technology issues
Providing assistance to client end-users as requested by the
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
3+ years' experience in a Help Desk/Technology environment
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
Strong documentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
