Typical duties in one of our Product Development or Materials Development department would include:

• Facilitating a Tire/Material test program and/or analyzing test data
• Conduct project tire builds
• Conducting material lab evaluations
• Working jointly with a manufacturing facility on product or process improvement opportunities. Typical duties in one of our research departments would include:
  • Assisting with the development of predictive testing capabilities.
  • Researching new materials and/or methodologies. Typical duties in one of our Technical departments within the manufacturing facilities would include:
    • Working with the production staff on product or process improvement opportunities.
    • Facilitating project work (tires or materials) for the Technical staff. Basic Qualifications:
      • Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program for Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering
      • Must have completed at least the freshman year
      • GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or better (consideration given to lower GPA's depending on experience)
      • Strong written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills. Display maturity and a high level of professionalism
      • Must be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
