A company is looking for a California-Barred Litigation
Attorney.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day case management and analysis of automotive
consumer warranty claims
Handle case management conferences (CMCs) and potentially
deposition work
Work fully remotely and engage in Zoom conferences regularly
Required Qualifications:
Must have a California law license
General litigation experience in areas such as medical malpractice,
personal injury, or product liability
Previous experience with lemon law/vehicle warranty claims is a
plus but not required
Associate level seniority
Full-time employment
