Job Description:
A company is looking for a Virtual Probate Paralegal.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting legal documents, managing case files, and assisting with
trial preparation
Communicating with clients, court personnel, creditors, and
financial professionals
Providing administrative support and preparing asset lists and
accountings
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of recent experience as a paralegal in a probate law
firm
Experience with estate planning and probate software, practice
management software, and Microsoft Office programs
Proficiency in Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and
editing PDFs
Availability to respond promptly during specified hours and a quiet
location for phone calls
