recruiting for a law firm in the Greater Nashville market. The
candidate will play a crucial role in supporting a high-performing
team within a nationally recognized, industry-leading law

legal platform. Key Responsibilities Prepare and proofread
correspondence, memoranda, and legal documents including loan
agreements, security documents, and due diligence materials.
Coordinate attorney calendars, manage client billing, process new
matters, handle mail/faxes, and maintain contact lists. Organize
and maintain files, databases, and client correspondence while
ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation.
Anticipate attorney needs to promote efficiency, including
supporting transactional matters, maintaining closing checklists,
and conducting due diligence. Communicate with clients, coordinate
with internal teams, and interact with government agencies as
required. Serve as a Notary Public when applicable. Perform
additional duties as assigned. Requirements High School Diploma
required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Prior Legal Assistant
experience required; banking or financial services experience is
strongly preferred. Experience in fintech, national security,
and/or artificial intelligence is a plus. Familiarity with mergers
and acquisitions, deal structuring, private equity, venture
capital, or operational transactions. Knowledge of legal
terminology, legal documents, and legal processes, including state
and federal banking regulations and compliance requirements.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, document management
systems, e-filing, and related software; NetDocs is preferred.
