industry. Compensation: $21 - $24 hourly Responsibilities: Operate
residential waste collection vehicles safely and efficiently,
ensuring timely service for our community. Conduct pre-trip and
post-trip inspections of vehicles to maintain high safety standards
and report any issues promptly. Communicate effectively with
dispatch and team members to coordinate routes and address any
service challenges. Adhere to all local, state, and federal
regulations regarding waste collection and vehicle operation.
Engage with residents in a courteous and professional manner,
addressing any concerns or questions they may have. Maintain
accurate records of daily routes, service logs, and any incidents
to support operational transparency. Collaborate with team members
to optimize route efficiency and improve service delivery for our
customers. Qualifications: Experience in operating heavy-duty
trucks in residential areas safely and efficiently. Ability to
adhere to safety rules, OSHA, and DOT requirements consistently.
Proven track record of conducting thorough pre-and post-trip
inspections on equipment. Strong communication skills to
effectively report safety concerns and service issues. Ability to
collaborate with supervisors to enhance route efficiencies and
implement best practices. Experience in completing and submitting
accurate documentation and customer tickets. Ability to follow
assigned route instructions and complete end-of-day processes
