SUMMARY The Manufacturing Technician will play a vital role in the
production process by operating machinery,assembling products, and
ensuring quality control throughout manufacturing. The ideal
candidate willhave a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to
detail, and the ability to work effectively in a
fast-pacedenvironment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSBILITIES To
perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to
perform each essential duty satisfactorily.The requirements listed
below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability
required. Otherduties may be assigned. \n Perform setup, assembly,
and computer-based testing for electro-mechanical assemblies. \n
Support organization of work-cell layout, documented work
instructions, and process implementation for New Product launches
\n Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient
production and high-qualityoutput \n Assemble components and
products according to specifications and engineering drawings \n
Conduct regular inspections and tests on products to identify
defects and ensure compliancewith quality standards \n Perform
routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery to minimize
downtime \n Document production activities and maintain accurate
records of output, quality metrics, andequipment maintenance \n
Collaborate with team members,supervisors, and customers, as
needed, to optimize processes and improve efficiency \n Adhere to
safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work
environment \n Participate in training programs to enhance skills
and knowledge of manufacturing processes \n \n Qualifications
SPECIFIC EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS The requirements

the job. \n 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production
environment preferred \n High school diploma or equivalent;
technical degree or certification in a related field preferred \n

aptitude, with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues \n
Proficiency in using basic hand tools and machinery \n Excellent PC

procedures \n Solid attention to detail and ability to follow
written and verbal instructions \n Strong communication and
