Full-Time Shift: Monday – Friday, Day Shift Salary & Benefits: Up
to $110,000 per year Full benefits package $15,000 sign-on bonus
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Microbiology Lab
Manager to lead our high-volume laboratory in Nashville. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in microbiology, a national
certification, and proven leadership experience. This role focuses
on managing daily operations, ensuring quality standards, and
overseeing laboratory personnel. Key Responsibilities: Manage and
oversee daily microbiology lab operations. Ensure compliance with
all regulatory and accreditation standards. Lead, mentor, and train
laboratory staff. Maintain high-quality standards and enforce SOPs.
Support process improvement initiatives in a fast-paced,
high-volume lab. Qualifications: National certification in
microbiology (e.g., ASCP or equivalent). Minimum of a Bachelor’s
degree in Microbiology or related field. More than 3 years of
microbiology experience in a high-volume laboratory. Strong
