Job Description:
EMPLOYMENT ANALYSIS SUPPORT SPECIALIST SUMMARY: Our client is
seeking an Employment Analysis Support Specialist to support a
large contract at Barksdale Air Force Base in Shreveport,
Louisiana. EMPLOYMENT ANALYSIS SUPPORT SPECIALIST REQUIREMENTS:
Active top secret clearance Bachelors degree in a related field
Engineering, Mathematics, Data Analysis Experience with ICBM
Operational experience is preferred or a background being a
maintainer of the ICBM system Strong writing skills EMPLOYMENT
ANALYSIS SUPPORT SPECIALIST PLUS SKILLS: Emergency War Order (EWO)
experience EMPLOYMENT ANALYSIS SUPPORT SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES:
Will be responsible for analyzing the data that's collected
following test launches Will be analyzing the accuracy of data on
the tests run on the ICBM systems Responsible for assisting in the
reviewing of new equipment for future launches Analyzing new data
verses old data to see which equipment produces better results and
making recommendations on which equipment to use for best practices
Write test procedures and develop test reports Write operational
analysis reports for the government on how accurate the weapon
system is Travel will be required about twice a quarter once COVID
restrictions are lifted. Will be traveling to other ICBM sites
including California, Utah, Wyoming, and Montana.
