Aerojet Rocketdyne in Camden, AR is seeking an Operations Engineer. We produce and develop a variety of energetic assemblies for rocket propulsion. In this role, you will develop the internal execution plans and interface with key team members to ensure alignment of site and program objectives. --The key responsibilities include creating the plans to integrate teams such as manufacturing engineering, tool engineering/design, manufacturing operations, etc. ensuring products are developed and delivered per safety, quality, schedule and budget targets. These program execution plans will be up to date at all times and will include all known risks and opportunities being worked by the team.
