- The candidate is expected to serve as a high functioning
contributor in the document center
- Oversee tasks such as facilitating the creation, revision, and
formatting of standard operating procedures with focus on writing
best practices, grammar, good documentation practices, and FDA/ICH
compliance
- Handle managing site change administration and maintaining a
manual filing system of controlled documents
- Responsible for new hire training and ensuring the currency of
the electronic document viewing system
- Ensure compliance with site policies and procedures
- In addition, the candidate will be tasked with assessing
training needs based on state and federal regulations
- Design standard operational training programs and evaluate
their effectiveness
- Administration of the electronic learning management system T
he candidate should have experience in:
-
- training administration, preferably electronic learning
management systems
- training in education
- Excellent documentation preparation skills are required, with a
good working knowledge of the current GMP's
- Ableto handle multiple tasks with extreme attention to
detail
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal, communication, and coaching
skills are essential
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel,
and PowerPoint
- The ability to create persuasive business cases and write
Standard Operating Procedures is crucial
- Microsoft SharePoint experience huge plus
- Ensure training requirements are met prior to implementation of
site policies and procedures for employees
- Support FDA, external, internal audit activities Equal
