Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator in Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand and address client needs within assigned portfolio
Build relationships with sales support team, consulting teams, and clients
Manage project deliverables, communication, and reporting for clients

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of two years of experience in account management, account support, or customer service
Experience in managing cross-functional relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Proficiency in SalesForce and Microsoft Office software
Experience in a high-pressure environment and adapting to changing priorities
Experience in a technology-based organization is a plus
